The Vancouver Interstitial Cystitis (IC) Group is an informal, safe and caring space for those affected by interstitial cystitis to share experiences and knowledge, ask questions and exchange support. Run by volunteers, the group seeks to maintain a positive and solution-focused environment that fosters hope and encouragement.

Next Meeting June 16th
We are having naturopathic physician Dr. Ibby Omole come the speak to the group.
Dr. Ibby Omole and is a naturopathic physician with a speciality in urological conditions. He obtained his naturopathic degree with a masters in acupuncture from Bastyr university in Seattle Wa. After graduation he worked at Urology Northwest for 3 years treating men and women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. He was trained by 2 female and 1 male urologist while in Seattle. Other conditions that he treats includes overactive bladder, stress/urge/mixed incontinence, non bacterial prostatitis, recurrent urinary tract infection, frequent kidney stone formation and of course chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
He pioneered a novel neuromodulation technique while at urology northwest for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
We meet in room 4007 in the Providence Building at St.Pauls hospital from 4:00pm-6:00pm

Meeting April 21st
