No meetings for the Summer

Next Meeting June 16th

We are having naturopathic physician Dr. Ibby Omole come the speak to the group.

Dr. Ibby Omole and is a naturopathic physician with a speciality in urological conditions. He obtained his naturopathic degree with a masters in acupuncture from Bastyr university in Seattle Wa. After graduation he worked at Urology Northwest for 3 years treating men and women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. He was trained by 2 female and 1 male urologist while in Seattle. Other conditions that he treats includes overactive bladder, stress/urge/mixed incontinence, non bacterial prostatitis, recurrent urinary tract infection, frequent kidney stone formation and of course chronic pelvic pain syndrome.

He pioneered a novel neuromodulation technique while at urology northwest for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome.

We meet in room 4007 in the Providence Building at St.Pauls hospital from 4:00pm-6:00pm

Meeting April 21st

Next meeting is April 21st from 4pm-6pm in room 4007 of the providence building at St. Pauls Hospital. Hope to see you there!

Meetings On Hold

Unfortunately for the time being we are putting our meetings on hold.

We are looking for new people to help lead our meetings. If you are a current member or someone new you are welcome to help lead the group. Even if you want to lead a meeting once; you do not need to make a long term commitment. You do not need to be an expert on all things IC, or even have a guest speaker. If you want to get people together to talk, vent and support one another that is always welcome!

We are open to new times and meeting places.

We will be resuming meetings some time in the New Year, maybe in a new time and place.

Meeting this Sunday Oct 21st

This meeting will be taking place in the cafeteria right next to room 4007. We are unable to gain access to the room due to a lack of leaders.

If you are interested in helping to lead the IC vancouver group, even if you commit to leading the group once a year, please let us know via our email

Meeting September 16th

Our next meeting is a casual potluck where everyone is welcome. Please bring a non spicy, low acid dish to share. If you are unable to bring something, don't let that stop you from coming.

We are looking for more volunteers to help run the group. Specifically we need someone who can pick up the keys for the group the week before the meeting.

Planning Meeting

We have somewhat regular meetings to plan for the group, and our next planning meeting will be August 15th at 6pm at the Waves on Commercial and 3rd. Everyone is welcome to join us!
