Next Meeting March 18th

We are very excited to have psychologist Patrick Myers come and speak with our group. Dealing with chronic illness affects our whole selves, not just the physical body. This will be an open and safe place to come and hear about how chronic illness affects you emotionally and mentally.

When: March 18th from 4:00-6:00pm
Where: St. Pauls Hospital in room 4007 in the providence building, next to the cafeteria. 1081 Burrard st. Vancouver

If stress (work, relationship, life) is making life difficult for you, then I hope to help you re-energize and rediscover your sense of balance and joy. People who come to see me may have difficulties with:

  • Relationship issues

I like use a collaborative approach in order to meet your therapeutic needs. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, trainings and life experiences. Some of the approaches that I use include:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Solution Focused Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Gottman Relationship Therapy
  • Sensori-motor Processing or EMDR for trauma
  • Mindfulness


I am registered with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia #1850. I have completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology major) from the University of British Columbia, a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Acadia University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta.
